- A great pod cast on Econ Talk between Russ Roberts and an organic farmer, Lisa Turner. My favorite lines by Lisa toward the end: "They talk about sustainable agriculture; and we say the first rule of sustainability is I've got to make enough money this year to do it again next year, or game over. And nobody wants to hear that part of 'sustainable.'"
